Wiring Diagram For Custom Motorcycles

Wiring diagrams ... as suspected !! but I notice no horn ... maybe a feed wire from light switch ??? !

Have just had a look at the wiring diagram and this is very well laid out, I would suggest having a fuse box with several 10 amp fuses feeding off to seperate parts of the circuit rather than relying on one 30 amp where it is, also for every earth point put in an earth wire straight back to the battery rather than relying on earthing back through the frame, if a headlight is not earthed properly this can cause electrolytic action and corrode the headstock bearings, a horn can pull quite a bit of current so try to use a relay and feed from the fuse box so the horn button will not burn out, also if you still run a bike with points don,t forget the condensers as they are not shown on this diagram, hope this helps regards Doc Cox, E=MC2
