Doc Cox (Nigel popped over today and brought a little gift with him, and I love it. Another set of LEDs to add to my bike, these ones will replace the LEDs already under me tank. They will look really cool when fitted under my tank, they will illuminate at the engine chrome so bloody well.
I did have a mock up video of the LEDs fitted under the tank but I accidentally deleted it.
I will pop another video on site when I have fitted them over the next few days. You will be shocked at the effect they have on the engine chrome.
I will also be fitting one inside my chrome spiked cone air filter.

Glad you like it, yes there will be another video. When it's done properly, a shot from either side.

Hey you've got the patter dave.... But a bit more work required in the hair department
On a serious note, the leds look feckin excellent.
The ones I fitted under my tank look very similar construction.... An almost invisible domed clear resin to protect, and self adhesive back. On mine the glue wasn't brill, and the LED hung down during a ride out.
So I used some of that very strong foam tape that window fitters use for upvc trims and beads....

I think you have earned the nickname "Knightrider"
When I saw the first video, I thought it would look cheesy, but I have to say it looks very cool
And I have a suggestion for you, if you still have the red LED in the cone filter. Make the LED "breathe", like a pulsating heart.
Here is a YouTube guide to the small circuit needed.

Have just come onto the site after looking at you tube with this link
Looks like great minds think alike Kim ( or fools seldom differ) nice simple circuit, out to the shed in a minute and make it, should be able to adapt it to a few different applications.

Good thought Alfie, but the Idea is to use them when the bike is static not on the move, also in the flesh they are bright white not a blue tinge , can anyone remember back in the mid- "70,s" riding lights for bikes, this was a low powered small front light designed to pulse at a certain speed, this was supposed to be noticeable as the brain latched onto this pulse timing and made more people aware of bikes,( I think these were dropped as they realised there were too many car drivers without brains ) will have to look on the internet.
