| Hi all, I'm wanting to fit some apehangers to my bike probably 14". Does anyone know if I fit this size I will get away with not extending the cables? | |

| Hi Martin
Unfortunately the cables will strecth to adding 2" risers according to all of the comments that I have read but that is the limit. If you want to go to 14" hangers you are up for cables and brake hose. | |

| Update the the apehanger fit. I have fitted 3" risers and 16" apes, needed brake line 9" over and had to extend wiring and throttle cables by 8" but managed to re-route the clutch cable

| Not long to wait for pics now. The build should be finished within the next couple of weeks at which time I'll put some pics up. Some serious commitment involved as some of the framework has been taken off, permanently! | |

| I too am looking forward to pics - apehangers are the ultimate mod IMO - the are sooo custom! I wish I had the guts/skill/cash to put 16" on mine. I'm jealous! | |
