97 went down on left side. Now won't fire.

Hello.. my bike and I decided to roll in some dirt yesterday (we went down on the left side at about 12 mph) and now she won't start. So far I've pulled the battery and refilled the cells that were low and charged the battery back up. Put new plugs in. The clutch safety switch was already bypassed when I bought her. I tried bypassing the side stand safety switch. So far this has all resulted in the same actions... Bike turns over but won't fire. What do I try next?

Check plugs for a 'spark'.. fuel getting through?

Yes fuel.. No spark

I wonder if the tip-over sensor is stuck or faulty?
Just a thought as I am not 100% sure if your year has one and I don't have time at the minute to check, I will if no response comes in though.
