Thanks for the comments wasn't to sure how she would be received as she is not quite a vz 800 any more she has a 1981 gs1000 katana engine the only vz parts are wheels some of the frame a switches etc front forks are of a kwak of road-er not sure what one would like to put vz ones back on but seem to be like hens teeth not sure if i can up load a photo album so you all can see what other stuff has been done clocks,head light etc did have side number plate but my misses kept catching her little legs on it so put it back on rear mudguard she rides very well lots of pulling power and will sit at 90 two up all day i love it and got it at good price as well £750 don't think that was to much as its a lot of bike

can any one tell me if i can change the back wheel so i can put disks on as the drum makes for interesting stopping with the bigger engine

The clocks are great the left one is tacho engine temp and clock the right one is speed fuel gauge mileage and trip counter and made buy koso not cheap at 125 each

had to fit fender as got a tug from plod and gave me a 7 day wonder
