Hi everybody. I've joined the forum having finally made the decision to move away from sports bikes. Like many bikers I'm getting olderand don't bend quite as well as I used to so, having gone for a test ride on an 800 intruder, the decision has been made. All being well there should be a 2008 M800 in the garage this weekend.

Professionally I'm a Pre-sales Tech Support, married for 24 years, got 2 kids at Uni and enjoying growing old disgracefully. I get involved in the organisation of the Brackley Festival of Motorcycling and am a member of the Ulysses Club UK. I returned to biking about 2 years ago after a 25 year break and speed most weekends out with the wife on the back getting all over the place.

Regrettably I can't make today or probably not tomorrow either. Off to hopefully work on putting the M800 in the garage. However, Monday would be good
