Manifold gasket size

Does anyone know the size of the crush gasket for the header pipes? I have 2 that i have found that i didn't use from last year but not sure if they are right size. Outer diameter is 55mm inner is 45 mm.

Ok, i've been out and measured the inlet on the old shortcuts, i think it's nearer 59mm. Tried finding some on the net but to no avail. However found some crush gaskets for honda at 59mm . Might give these a try. By the way the front header is defo leaking, no wonder there's a backfire.

Sorry Bill not sure on sizing but the part number you are after is 14181-10F00. You could possibly order from HERE or pop in to your local bike shop & they will order it for you. That way you won't have to pay those silly prices.

Try giving wemoto a ring for a pattern part ? nothing on there website for exhaust gaskets but they'll probably have them as they'll be the same size as a different model bike.

Had a look and they do them from 28mm up to 61mm £1.27 each plus p&p

Ok, found them. Asbestos or Copper? I think asbestos, and 59mm.

Yeah Bill they're the alloy/asbestos ones like standard gaskets.
