Throw over saddlebags/panniers

Hi All, I am looking for a smallish set of pannier/throwover saddlebags that just sit over the seat and can just be taken off when the bike is parked, I am looking for something easy to carry and not to bulky.
Also does any one know if there is a similar product to HArley Davidsons Premium Touring Luggage Collection - Sissy Bar Backpack
