Is it just me or have the Emoticons stopped moving?

They guy on my left is moving

They aren't dead are they?

Well thats odd mine are not moving any more. Anybody got any idea why they are be static?

Can you not see any moving at all?

Everything is normal for me, which would indicate that it's not a site issue.
