more power?

Hi I have a 55reg fuel injected 800 can it be remaped for more power. If sohow much does it cost and do I need to change air filter or anything else

Hi, If you put a fuel processor on it, that can be re-mapped for better fuelling and smoother running, you'd have to put an aftermarket exhaust and a free flowing air filter to gain any power though, there's plenty of different F/I processors out there ranging from just over £100 upwards.

Hi Ron for more power you need to change to a FI processor rather than have the bike remapped which is not recomended like Simbo has already said but you will also need a hi flowing air filter and ideally an aftermarket set of pipes to get the best out of the bike

And say bye bye to fuel economy

I think with most bikes today, you get a restricted version out of the factory. The stock bike is great but it does not compare to the modified bike but that is sort of true of most that you buy.
