Pull Behind Trailer Hitch on Suzuki Volusia

I just installed the hitch yesterday. I'll be putting pictures up probably tomorrow when I'm finished with the trailer. I bought the hitch from Fred's Trailers who gets the hitches from Canada. Very well made and installed without a hitch (ha ha).

Excellent! That will be great to see that as I am considering putting one on mine at some stage in the future, I will look forward to that!

Must feel strange pulling a trailer with a bike, not sure I would feel comfatable doing it. All the same, I will be very interested to see it & how you get on.

Captain Crash, pulling a trailer is no problem at all. Just need some practice and remember to leave some extra room for braking. Get used to pulling the trailer, try using a parking lot to get experience with pulling.

yeah I guess its just a matter of being very very concious of the fact that heavy beaking will be disasterous

Still just a very distant plan for me tho' way off in the future.

I think it's a bit ugly, you would feel like you were pulling around the arse end of a moped but I can also see an attraction with it at the same time

The main thing about a trailer is the way you load it. Too weight in the rear and it will be all over the road. Yo will know it in very short order.

I'm with you on this CC that is one ugly trailer.

Mmmmm, not for me this pulling trailers. Mind you, I never need to carry that much gear.
