Hi yawl from SE London!!

Hello and already many thanks to ALOT of the members here, I have only been a convert for less than a month and loving every minute of owning and riding my vl800/c800 it gets confusing!!
Been riding for only 6 years, list of bikes so far Honda cbr125f, cbr600f (1 week too much power too early), ninja 250, er6f and finally my intruder.
43 now and started riding at 36, first wife never liked bikes in fact she never liked much of anything! inc me!! but after 15yrs and 4 daughters I got some balls and divorced her, my second wife Christine the love of my life and true soul mate who I have been with for 6 years and counting never denies me anything and always encourages my mental ideas even when it comes to biking.

The reason from switching from "sports" to custom/cruiser, would be my stepson tommy, head screwed on right good job etc finally decided to get a bike like me to travel to work. took him to the local budget dealer for his first bike thinking he would go for a 125 sports or naked, ooh noo was I wrong the kid went straight to the Kymco Zing 2 and said that's the one. So being a proud, non interfering step parent I said nothing to persuade him and got on with the buying. I of course had to pick it up and ride it home and from that point I was hooked. 1 month later I find myself riding from se London to kircaldy in Scotland on my 3yr old er6f and coming home on the best bike I have ever ridden, a 2013 vl800 with only 700 miles on the clock, engine bars, panniers, rider and passenger backrests all installed by the original owner and for the bargain price of £6500 inc s4 datatool alarm installed and a 12v socket for my satnav!!!!!!!!

Enough of the essay/short life story and thanks for letting me join, as soon as I can I will be bombarding you with all changes and upgrades I have already done to my baby standard and home made along with personal thanks to those individuals who have inspired me here on suzuki800.
