| Sorry guys for the vague post a well known issue with the M800, (not sure about the C800) is the pain in the arse due to Suzuki putting a plastic lump right where your tailbone goes, so I took the seat cover off, and cut the offending lump out, then bolted a piece of high grade metal (pie tin!)in its place, put a bath sponge in the hole left by the lump and had to bend the seat bracket to fit, stapled the cover back on and the job was done, when I take it for a long run and will let you know how it is Andy | |

I think the earlier 'C' had the lump but later ones don't, not sure when they changed it though?, a right pain in the arse apparently! | |

| Sounds like a decent 'orthopeadic' modification to me ....... .............. God that makes me sound so old ! Will have to get the 'Ralgex' out to soothe those aches & pains | |

| I rode the bike today, had to take it for an MOT (passed with no advisories ) after the test I went for a 2 hour ride, no arse pain at all, before it was hurting after one hour, the difference is unbelievable, I advise anyone with an M800 to do the lumpectomy, your arse will thank you for it Andy | |

| Ah so that was what it was! Must admit I'm glad I had my seats altered by Tony Archer but they did not have the lump anyway so well done Andy! | |

| Lumpectomist Dave!! I am honoured, if I had known that it had not been done on here before, I would have taken pics and done a full write up, it was easy to do, if anyone needs any help or info on doing it, please don't hesitate to contact me. Andy | |
