 just joined I have a VZ800 2006 I am a fair weather rider at 66 bones wont take getting wet. Will be looking for local area riders to join for ride out. Retired now and looking to do basic maintenance on my bike & will need guidance (wimp on trying anything afraid will cock up)

Nev Don't worry most of the "inmates" here are about your age when we go riding its more like help the aged week we regularly have to stop for pee breaks and the occasion where we have to pick old yorky (alan) up of the road and put him back in his baby carrier, I mean intruder seat

Fair weather riders get as much respect from me as an all year around rider. Riding when its pissing down with rain or there is snow on the ground or its bloody freezing cold is for people like me who have to. There aint no fun in that, better to ride with the sun on your back
