Enquiring on behalf of a brother.

Bike: M800
Issue:
Initially it was dropping one cylinder under load - idle was fine.
Power Commander was checked. Advice was given to replace plugs/coils.

Currently it's firing on rear cylinder to start with but as he rides the front comes on with surge, then diminishes and stops.

Advice greatly appreciated.

Sounds like something Electrical is breaking down under load, I've not got a clue what though?
