| So I bought one of these: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Universal-Motorcycle-Wind-Screen-Deflector-Motorbike-Windshield-Windscreen-New/272815518731?epid=15017264187&hash=item3f8512740b:g:lTQAAOSwsCJZm9HV Fit it on the top of the windscreen....then 5 miles later took it off again. It was basically blinding me being right in my field of vision. So I had an idea, why not move it to the bottom of the screen to act as a lower. Low and behold, doing an indicated 80-95mph on the motorway, helmet vibration was reduced 90%, and thats just with one of these installed. I'm tempted to buy another one for the other side, my only concern is I dont think it looks all that good, but then again neither do lowers unless they are proper chrome ones. My other idea is to mod the ones I have to fit on the forks, but I kinda like the idea of removing the screen and taking the lowers off all in one go for the fully naked street look. What do you think? | |

| Thanks I use a good wax on it lol. Yea I guess it looks OK. Be better if the main screen wasnt blue. I still have no idea where the screen came from. Came with the bike but I dont think its stock and the fasteners are imperial. | |

| If its imperial must be an American screen might even be for a Harley | |

| I think it looks good, and if it has such a big effect at that speed, great result.
Why not see if a local place that does window tints has a couple of small offcuts? Get your diy lowers to match! | |

| Looking good easy, buy another to match the other side. personally I think that looks smarter than the hideous clamp on lowers | |

| Well I got back from a 260 mile round trip and my legs hurt lol. The lowers work well. They reduce a lot of head buffeting at high speeds. That said, there is still quite a bit of wind noise and some buffeting left but I can tell its coming from over the windscreen. I know because when I duck down the air is almost perfectly still and quiet. Not sure what to do about that because the screen is about at nose height how it should be. Its impossible to make any higher, all I can do is drill it to drop it lower. Or just buy some better ear plugs and helmet. | |

| To update I got fed up of the idea. Their location made it too fiddly to remove and put the windscreen on so ive got some Memphis Shades lowers and mounting kit on order from the states instead. Cost about £90 all in | |
