New noises???

Hi Folks,
I just bought my 2002 VZ800 about a month ago from a dealer here in the States and after about 3 weeks I keep hearing a rattling noise that's hard to pinpoint, it seems like it on the right hand side where the clutch is or, maybe even the lower part of the Front cylinder The bike has 29k on it I'm worried this could be something serious. Can anyone give me some pointers as to what I need to check? ITs not a exhaust rattle I have already fixed that problem it was in the chrome Exhaust covers.

I have no suggestions on what the noise is but can give you a tip as to how you can pinpoint where it's coming from. Just get a short length of garden hose and hold one end in one of your ears. Move the open end around the engine and the closer it gets to the source of the noise, the louder you'll be able to hear it down the tube. It works like a doctor's stethoscope.
