Texan in Germany

Hi ya'all

Stayed over here after retiring from the Army. Daughter just got here license last year nd we bought here a small bike. Wife caught me riding it several times, and said no more until I have a license. Well... Did that, took daughters bike to the shop for service and saw a used 2003 VL800 all chromed out with only 6500 km on it. Yep, now we have 2 bikes at home.
Have been looking for things to make it look even more shinny, and found this site. From what I see, I will be happy here. Shinny bikes, english spoken.

first projects
1. New horn - the original is weak
2. Heated grips (The way I found you) - temperature difference between Texas and Europe is very noticable
3. A way to mount my flags
