Fitted led spotlights 2008 vl800 intruder

Hi guys fitted these led spotlights from AliExpress, will get them wired soon I hope debating whether to wire so they go on with main beam or on a separate switch. Pleased with how they look Regards John

On a different note, how do you get on with that screen, I've got the same one and in buffets me so badly?.

Hi Paul I still haven't wired these up at the minute my plan is to wire them to the main beam however I want to check the legality of this regarding the mot test. If it is ok to do it this way I will do another post to be honest it will be my brother doing it for me and I haven't had a chance to team up with him and get it done.My brother made two right angle brackets and attached them to the lower screen bolts it's a nice and neat solution for no cost HI Sam regarding the screen I find I can move down lower to ease the buffering, I think your height can contribute to this as well. I'm only 5ft 8 . I have read however that if attach wind reflectors on to the upper part of the forks this can cure the buffering .Thank you for your comments

Thanks for the reply John look forward to your next post Sam as for the screen I ended up taking it off as head buffering was crazy now it's the chest but more manageable

Yeah I've done the same, trying to get some memphis lowers at the mo, research on these looks like they do work. I've tried three different screens now. So she has no screen on her now. Same as just deal with the air across me. But for longer rides you really need a bit of protection. Sorry to hijack this thread John. But when I've fitted them I'll let you know how they faired.
