| im thinking on adding some red stripes or something to spice up the look of bike. I looked on google for some ideas but i didnt find anything like that. First thing. I will put reda stripe on the edege of air filter ( where chrome cover and black plastic are put together)
Also im looking for sissy bar. thinking about black (not chromed) gothic like sissy bar.

| Red and black always looks nice together. Another option with the sissy bar would be to buy a second hand one and spray it black to keep the costs down. | |

| Hi Marko nice looking bike,I notice you have a Givi plate on the rear rack,be careful of the weight if you put a back box on,for some of the racks that come with the Intuders are very weak and dont take much weight.You could always pin stripe your front mudguard in red,and the tank,as Dave said red and black always look well. | |

| It should do,but you'd have to source the brackets or have some made which could cost more than buying the full thing ? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GOTHIC-ARCH-SISSYBAR-for-SUZUKI-M800-INTRUDER-by-HIGHWAY-HAWK-/230660009064?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item35b4686c68&_uhb=1 | |

| I bought that sissy bar from wad on the off chance I could modify the brackets to make it fit my year/model of bike, but I had no luck.
I can sell it to you if you like? It's just sitting in the house at the moment...
I think Wad had that powder coated black himself, so you can't buy a black one from highway hawk.

| For anyone wanting to ship anything bulky, COLLECT+ is good. They have a network of local drop off points, eg garages, Spar shops etc. You book it online, print off a shipping label with barcode etc, and drop it off at nearest location.
From memory prices are:
* £3.99 for a 'Jiffy Bag' * £4.99 for a parcel up to 5 kilos (max 50 x 30 x 30 cms) * £6.99 for a parcel up to 10 kilos (again max 50 x 30 x30)
I don't work for them honest! But I've used them for Ebay stuff & they seem OK. Ceratinly cheaper than the Post Office for bigger stuff.

| Oh, i think it wil be ok. Is bracket still strong enough? (Because the hole is closer to the edge?)

| The original hole is actually closer to the edge than the holes that I drilled (thats highway hawk for you). Any weight will push the backrest downwards on the thick part of the metal, not the thin part. I managed to bend it by tightening the vice I was holding it with to drill slightly too tight. If you put it in a vice flat way round with some wood on either side and squished it I'm sure you could get that little kink out of it. Give it a try, and If you don't like it then I'll give your money back, how does that sound? I haven't been down to the post office again, but I reckon £45 total should cover it? | |

| Last time that i ordered from UK, the postage was 75£ ( but it was complete exhaust system) from Parcelforce. So i would rather check shipping cost :)

| That would look very nice with a double strip, much better than the single strip on the 1800. | |

| im thinking buying some white carbon looking stripes and putting it on.. Just because I have some deep scratceh on the back end and I want to hide them. Single strip doesnt look nice to me. I like the look from some one from the forum (cant find the picture now) , that has one wide in the center and one slim stripe on both sides (but that doesnt hide my scratches..)
