Twisting that throttle! - a warning to ISO grips made in China users

Hi,

THAT I did not expect...
I went out for a ride today and after 5 minutes I noticed that not only throttle boss is facing forward but the grip was slipping off.
So much for a ride...went home to investigate..



I mean...bloody hell, if that slipped off completely at high speed it could be a brown pants moment.

Not sure if it's the warm weather or the glue itself. Perhaps it's MEEEE, being a demon on the road...TWISTING THE CRAP OUT OF THAT THROTTLE!!  :bike4: 


Nothing a Locktite can't fix tough.
I know few people have these so have a look and see if you get any rubbery movement starting to show (a bit of black mount is showing at the base so see if it follows or lags)

Hmmm Cheap Chinese crap! I'm not getting any of those!   I've just been giving mine a good tugging in the garage and nothing seems untoward  That's my grips by the way for any sick minded people out there

oh well at least you can use some proper glue this time and all should be good
