The Bar arrived just today It has 2 spacers M10x17mm and 2 pieces for mounting the Turn Indicators, so they can be installed in horizontal or vertical. They are silver so maybe it's better to paint them for a better looking of the Light Bar as the Turn Indicators are black too
The design of the bar allows to mount it with screen, because the lights are ahead of the bar I will follow when received the Turn Indicators

Hi peter check out ebay, that is the same one I got and it cost £17 free postage from china, not high end by any means after 3 months rust has started showing and you have to cut one of the fixing mounts or it will clash with the brake lines if they run the same as mine, but at that price I have already decided when the weather improves I shall dismantle and have it cleaned and re chromed

In case you want more power lightning there is a 30W 3000Lm 4xCree XML T6 Led Spot Lights... Obviusly the price is higher and this is a cheap project. Anyway these one are as expensive as incandescent ones but you can connect them to the aux headlight connector because they are ony 2,6Amps each

That's right, but still a high price for an outroad accesory, I just expend 25€ for both in the one I bought, these ones are 100€ both... I will upgrade the focus in case they where around 50€ both in the future, only have to change the focus and maybe installing a relay connected to the aux headlight in case that the switch can't cut the power of 5 amps, not really difficult to install, just soldering a few wires
The Bar and the Turn Incators still the same, I think there is no need to upgrade them, both are around 45€

If I fit any spot lights of any kind I always fit a relay to take the power, best be safe than sorry.

Not necesary with the ones that I bought... very less power, only 1 LED each focus In others better to be safety

Ok! The Smoke Black Led Turn Signals just arrived
This is how they looks on the bar:
How it lights on daylight
As this is an installation of the front led turn signals only, you can install them using resistors, one resistor on each turn signal. The resistors have to be 12V 21W to fit the features of the C800 They have to be installed this way:
As Suzuki has their own Turn Signals connector, you may need a Suzuki Turn Signal Adaptor if the turn signals has the universal bullet connector
I am going to find a M5x35mm Spacer (better in black) and a M5x45mm Allen Screw to fit the lights. I will try they where black for better looking of the project

I have mounted the focus yet Didn't find black spacers, so I just paint them with a permanent market
As I am not going to install the bar soon in the bike, if someone is interested in buying this project it is available at the price of 75GBP (shipping included to UK). If you whant me to install the resistors you have to add 7GBP
Maybe I post this in the sales zone

I saw your way of mounting the bar and it is mounted looking to the wrong side of the bike. I hope it works well this way to you!!

Hi all! Because LED fog lights are cheap now, I updated the light bar ordering 2 units of 4*U2 Cree LED 30w, 3000 Lumens (shame lightning power as the one of the video shown before)
I also updated the H4 LED Headlight bulb from 30W to 50W (Headlight supports bulbs max 50/65W) so the ligthning power of the bike has been increased a lot (more than the one of the video)
No more dark roads in the night!!! :) I will update pictures when received and installed on the bike!! Greets!
