Wonder how it's enforced in the USA? What do you do when you cross the state line - sit taller or adjust the bars? . At least in the UK one law for all - must be a time for many bikers to think, whenever they cross borders.

Gun laws are different from state to state too from what I've read? you must have to plan ahead if going out of state on a long ride.

Fred has "adjustable" Apes! (that don't look any different when adjusted for different states)

I agree, over here it would be a novelty factor only. Getting the right height Ape hanger for comfort in the first place is all we need to do. Then you'll never look back, as they are a dream to ride with. I always thought they wouldn't be that comfy untill I got mine but they are so relaxing to ride with. Pretty blood cool as well, I would never change back to Cruiser bars.
