highway hawk snapped pipes

my friends highway hawk short cut pipes have just snapped at the joint to connect to the engine. any one else had any issues with these  mine seem ok   his are about three months old

Never heard of any? perhaps a faulty set from the manufacturer?

just been sent some pics  the fitting plate holding the exhaust has snapped first causing the manifold joint to snap . ill add some pics

Take a look at yours and see if it has the same bracket, if so and it seems a bit flimsy then fabricating something a bit more substantial may be in order.

Cheers mart.   Im going to do that in the morning.  May just fab a new bracket anyway just in case.   Fisrt issue ive heard about though I even googled it and found nothing.
