which tiresize in vs 1400 swingarm is possible?

dear community,

my project for the winter:

i am going to change the final drive - from vx 800 to vs 1400 - this will change the gearing ratio to 19 %


assumption; i need to change the swing arm too. is this true:

question:  which tiresize in vs 1400 swingarm is possible? - is it much bigger than in a vx 800 swingarm ?

goal: want to have a new gearing ratio - lowering the rpms as much as possible

No chap - you use the original 800 swingarm, you just need to change the spacer & have the original 800 shaft milled down

BUMP - NO ONE THAT CAN HELP HERE

If I'm reading this right then as far as I know you cannot use a VS1400 diff on a VX800 & the swing arm would be too big as well anyway sorry to say.
