Measure your stock bars and add some to it where you think they are needed for you to get what you want, take into consideration cable lengths also. If you need any help give out a shout mate. The cables on your year of intruder are longer than later years so ar more diversable.

What about CustomCruisers handlebars? They're comparably cheap?

Yes they are very cheap there but als very plain in comparrison, these really look like a class add on, on there own, a real beautifull thing to add and very cheap as well I think?

Yeah, can't fault having the extra styling for the same price.
I wonder if with all that swirling, they're hollow and if you could route the cables inside one way or other.

One way or other, we have two sources of cheap handlebars.

Probably be able to add up where the holes need to be for the cables and get them to bespoke the holes in the right place, good shout Marcin. 

Jason what size are the bars that you have the the retailer sells, sorry but there are a few there and yours look a great size and fitment look  
 I know Dave still needs to order his replacements and I think your size will be perfect for his bike as I don't think he wants to necessarily go huge again
