Solo/rear fender carrier for 2012 VL800

Does anyone know of a solo/rear fender carrier that will fit a 2012 VL800?  
I have trawled the internet and the only ones I can find only go up to 2008/9 with some saying they definitely will not fit later models, some saying returns are accepted and others giving no help/information at all.  I like to ride with no passenger seat and need to protect the rear fender from scuffs - and besides it's a bit more chrome!

Hi Bill, I can't see why a earlier model solo seat fender won't fit later model bikes? the holes are in exactly the same place.

I think you will find virtually NO difference between years Bill.

Thanks to both Simbo and Peardrop3 for responding as I was getting nowhere fast with some very unhelpful sellers.  Not like Metric Cruisers who have confirmed that their solo rack will fit my bike and they have even indicated that I may qualify for discount being a member of the Forum.
Moral of the story - if you don't want to talk to me you obviously don't want (and don't get) my money!!

There's some really nice one's if you search google images for them 

Metric Cruisers have now told me that the solo rack HH 663-0171 has now been discontinued and is no longer available however, if you check that number against some of the American adverts they also state that this rack (same cat no) will not fit VL800 models after 2009.
In addition the Highway Hawk on line catalogue (page 103) does show a tubular rack for the VL800 (although the cat no is 663-0671 and not 0171) but as usual does not specify any year it fits.
So I am back to square one (perhaps I have bought the wrong bike?); the only light at the end of the tunnel is that Metric Cruisers have promised to notify me if a suitable rack becomes available. 

Any more ideas?

All years will fit Bill, I have both fenders and braces and the holes are in the same place on both, the 09 fender and onwards is slightly more rounded that's all, no reason for a rack to not fit.
