Worth changing unusued oil?

Last year I changed the oil and filter, probably did about 300 miles then the bike went into storage for a year. During that time It was started and idled for 20 minutes probably 4 times total.
Since the engine and oil hasnt had much use at all, do I need to change it now at the start of the season, or can I run it on the oil in there until November and then change it.

It should be fine   but 4l of semi is just over £20 so why not change it??

Because £20's roughly the cost of 4 Full Breakfasts    Would you go in the cafe tomorrow and order 4 full plates    then scrape them in the bin because you didn't get a fork straight away?

Oil & filter should be fine for this season

I change oil n filter every year but at just 300 miles couldnt bring myself to drain it

It'll be fine to run for the year. Oil life is based on time on the clock, (running), and your oil sounds like it only has just over an hour on it...
